1. Our Commitment to Quality At TexGrit, we build things to last. We do not believe in cutting corners or hiding behind fine print. Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. Because our work involves custom labor and permanent materials (like epoxy and concrete), we do not offer traditional "returns" or "refunds" like a retail store. Instead, we stand behind our craftsmanship with the following guarantees.
2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Estimates: All estimates and initial consultations are 100% Free.

Booking Deposits: To secure your spot on our schedule, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable once materials for your specific job have been ordered.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a project, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. We will do our best to move your deposit to a new date, weather and schedule permitting.
3. The TexGrit Workmanship Warranty We warrant that all labor performed by TexGrit will be completed in a substantial, workmanlike manner and in accordance with standard industry practices.

What is Covered: We guarantee our installation against peeling, blistering, or delamination due to improper surface preparation or application for a period of [Insert Years, e.g., 1 Year] from the date of completion.

Rectification: In the unlikely event of a workmanship defect, TexGrit will return to repair or re-coat the affected area at no cost to you.
4. Material Warranties We use industrial-grade coatings and materials. In addition to our labor warranty, many of the products we use (epoxy resins, flooring systems) carry their own manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with all relevant product warranty information upon completion of your project.
5. Exclusions Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Shifting, settling, or cracking of the underlying concrete foundation or substrate.

Physical abuse, impact damage, or scratches from dragging heavy appliances/furniture without protection.

Moisture issues arising from the ground (hydrostatic pressure) that were not present or detectable during the initial moisture test.
